How do I know that prices at Zibica.in are competitive?
As we want to promote small artisans to give them a platform, we will assure that the minimum margin has to be kept. Anyone can compare our products with others in the market.
Caution- Please compare everything including material, cost, quality and quantity too.
How do you ensure that your customers are not cheated?
Zibica will keep check on its vendor and formed policies for them to ensure proper quality and should deliver whatever was committed by them.

Do you accept payment in multiple currencies?
We accept payments only in Indian Rupee currency
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
No. We do not provide COD option to our customers.
How do you ensure the security of online payments?
We are using a very secured and trusted payment gateway to provide full security to our customers. If an amount is deducted after any failed transaction, it will be reverted in the bank account of the customer within few days of time.
I am not being able to make a payment using my credit card. What should I do?
Anyone not being able to use credit cards can use debit cards option or net banking option. The user can also wait for some time as it might happen due to the server problem. How do I know that my online transaction was successful?
The user will receive a message from Zibica after the payment is done and the order is placed. The Message will include the order number and the details about the products and the shipment.
At which locations do you deliver the products?
We ship within India! So, distance cannot keep you away from something you liked on Zibica, if you reside within the country, India.
Do I have to pay any shipping charges?
No. The user doesn't have to pay any extra charges for the shipping. Zibica offers Free Shipping to all its customers for Orders priced above Rs. 500. For Orders below Rs. 500 a nominal fees of Rs. 75 is being charged.
How much time do you take to deliver the product?
We take 3-5 business days’ time to deliver a product to the customer.
How do you ship your products?
To speed up the shipment process and to assure the secure delivery of the products, our vendors deliver the products via renowned courier company.
How can I track my order?
You can add your order number in “My Account” section and get the updates about it.
What happens if I am not at home at the time delivery?
The delivery boy will contact on the contact details provided to Zibica if he doesn’t find the right address or the concerned person at the address.
Can I return a product?
Yes. If the specifications of the product deliver doesn’t match with what was given on the website, or the product delivered is damaged.
What process should I follow to Replace a product?
For replacement, please report in-transit breakage/damage within 48 hrs from the time of delivery by starting a communication and initiate Refund or Replacement Request from your Zibica My Account section. Alternatively, you can write us at care@Zibica.in. Please mention the order number along with any picture or video as evidence. Caution - Before placing an order, please clarify doubts by reading the entire description of the product given or write to us at care@Zibica.in
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order only before it has shipped.
What happens if you are not able to fulfill my order?
Zibica will refund the amount to the bank account of the user if it fails to fulfill the order placed.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
All the duties and taxes are included in the price quoted by the vendor. So, the user doesn’t have to worry about the taxes.
Though there might be some case where some Local Body Tax is levied like BMC in Mumbai etc., it has to be born by the Buyer and paid to the shipping company directly on delivery of the product.
Do I need to be a member to shop on your site?
The user can do shopping on Zibica as a Guest also, but it is recommended to sign up before shopping anything on Zibica. It will not help us to know the user in a better way but it will also allow the user to get special discounts and benefits by registering on the website.
Where is Zibica based out?
Zibica is based out of New Delhi, however the products are shipped from different parts of India.
Are all your products genuine? Do you sell real designer wear?
We guarantee that all products sold by us are genuine. We offer this platform to uplift small manufacturers, designers, entrepreneurs of Handmade, Vintage, Ethnic, Organic and Natural products from India to showcase their creations and to bring them in the global market through internet.
Are the colors or products shown on the website accurate?
There may be slight variation in the colour of the actual product received due to varied screen resolution or lighting at the time of digital photography. Any accessories shown in the image are for the purpose of enhancement of the image only, and not for sale.
